Stem Cell Society Singapore

STEM CELL SOCIETY SINGAPORE is a newly formed, independently funded and managed registered society. Our objective is to act as a vehicle to bring together all researchers and research groups, clinicians, health professionals, companies and lay persons in Singapore with an interest in stem cells.

SCSS is a not-for-profit organisation which will build on existing networks within the stem cell community and enhance dialogue with the public. SCSS will partner with existing stem cell groups and companies in Singapore to facilitate sharing of information and resources in order give good value to its members. With the help of our corporate members, we will bring to your attention new developments in the field of stem cell research with workshops and demonstrations, special promotions and exclusive discounts on selected products, as well as privileged access to travel fellowships for international meetings.

In addition to regular monthly meetings, SCSS will hold a 2-3 day Annual International Stem Cell Conference and workshop where new research will be presented and a diversity of stem cell related topics, clinical, ethical and legal, will be discussed.

Membership of SCSS is free for students and only S$60 for Ordinary members. All signed-up members will receive a free invitation to our official launch/Christmas party to be held towards the year end.
